Exercising and working out is only one side of any body transformation process. A well balanced nutritional plan is an essential component when it comes to improving your body composition and achieving your fitness goals. With my approach, we will work together through your kitchen, eating habits and dining out patterns to make the necessary adjustments, aiming at eating as clean a possible instead as perfect as possible. GETTING A HEALTHIER LEANER BODY Get into your best shape and stay that way for good by learning how to fit your favorite foods into your everyday life without extreme restrictions. My approach focuses on helping you develop healthier and sustainable eating habits, based on specific skills, practices and actions that can effectively lead you to better your health goals The 3 month program includes: -Introductory health assessment -3 months of ongoing support through email and texts -Weekly check in Zoom calls 1 x week 60 minutes -Customized plan to help you eat better, build healthier habits -Individualized nutrition, knowledge and habits that last a lifetime Along the program the following foundational skills will be covered depending on each individuals' needs: -Plan, prioritize and prepare. Making time for your nutrition. -Regulate eating behaviors. Appetite awareness. Eating slowly and mindfully -Match energy intake to needs and goals. Finding balance -Choose higher quality food more often. More whole foods less processed foods -Provide adequate nutrients. Lean protein, healthy fats, slow digesting carbs -Move often, move well. Physical activity and intensity management -Rest and recover. Getting enough sleep. Improving sleeping behaviors -Create a supportive environment. Space around us, home, relationships, social interactions, culture. - Regulate emotions without food and eating. Identify physical sensations and thoughts and their connection with food.
