Personal Training
As your trainer, I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals in a way that saves time and maximizes results. My training style is based on teaching functional movements, proper alignment, and optimal posture. I work around each individual's level, needs and goals to help them improve their body composition, strength, stability, endurance, and mobility. Another aspect of training that I emphasize in my training is recovery through the application of muscle release techniques and assisted stretching. Recovery will help you to alleviate soreness, improve circulation, relax muscles and enhance flexibility.

Approach matters
Personal training sessions are an hour long and customized to each individual's level, needs and goals. Sessions are available indoors, outdoors, at your home, office, local parks or at my home gym Complete in Union Square 25 W 14t, 2nd floor. If you’re located outside the New York area, virtual training sessions are also available over Zoom. You pick the location that’s most convenient and comfortable for you.

Single session $130
8 sessions $1000 2xweek
2 months/16 weeks program 2x week $1920
All options include the floor fee. Payment is done by check or via Zelle in advance.

One-one Virtual Personal Training
Online video chat clients make virtual training convenient and so easy! You get to train from the comfort of your personal space and this video meeting technology makes it just as if Adriana is right there with you!! All workouts will be customized to your personal goals.
