As your trainer, I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals in a way that saves time and maximizes results. My training style is based on teaching functional movements, proper alignment, and optimal posture. I work around each individual's level, needs and goals to help them improve their body composition, strength, stability, endurance, flexibility and mobility.

Approach matters
Personal training sessions are an hour long and customized to each individual's level, needs and goals. Sessions are conducted at CompleteBody gym in Union Square 25 W 14t, 2nd floor. In-home and virtual training are also available.
TANGO TRAINING AND BODY CONDITIONING INTEGRATED PROGRAM
This integrated program of training is designed for those interested to learn and or improve Tango while enhancing overall fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance. It is designed for all levels and both roles, leader and followers. The goal of the training program is to have 2 alternated sessions weekly, with one lesson focusing body conditioning and the other one on Tango technique combined with core strength
Some of the benefits of body conditioning for Tango dancers are:
CONTENT OVERVIEW
This will vary based on each individual, their goals and needs.There will also be an initial assessment to find out potential muscle imbalances, weak muscles, pain or limitations. Exercises will be modified accordingly to the level of each person. Fundamental topics that will be will be covered are as follows:
TANGO
Individual technique: alignment and posture, balance, axis and body position. Connection and embrace,lead and follow energy. Musicality basics.
Essential movements: walking, rocks, ochos, turns, molinetes, and figures
BODY CONDITIONING: Full body body strengthening,core stabilization and strength, functional mobility. Emphasis will be placed on the 6 foundational movement patterns that can contribute to improve overall function, health and wellness. Squat, push, pull, hinge, lunge and core
NOTE:
Exercises will be modified if injuries or limitations are present

- Better upper body mobility for greater disassociation and fluid ochos
- Improved core stability when walking as your spine and pelvis establish a neutral and steady position
- Improved single leg balance when doing free leg movements as your hip and core muscles get stronger
- Smoother and more fluid mobility when executing steps and sequences
- Better coordination, movement control and precision and overall quality dancing

Online video chat clients make virtual training convenient and so easy! You get to train from the comfort of your personal space and this video meeting technology makes it just as if Adriana is right there with you!! All workouts will be customized to your personal goals.
